How We Can Help You
Fully Managed Service
Our most popular option. We take care of everything from finding and referencing your tenant to managing the day-to-day running of the property. You receive a monthly payment, regular inspection reports and complete peace of mind. A one-off tenant find fee applies when a new tenancy begins, after which our monthly management fee is a percentage of the rent collected.
Tenant Find Only
Prefer to manage the day-to-day yourself? We will advertise your property, conduct viewings, carry out thorough referencing and put together the tenancy agreement. Once your tenant is in and everything is signed, the management is over to you.
Management Takeover
Already have a tenant in situ but not happy with your current agent? We can take over the management of your existing tenancy with minimal disruption.

- Tenant Find: a one-off fee per tenancy
- Ongoing management: 12% of the monthly rent (inc. VAT)
